3. Products & Pricing
All product prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned on the product page.

We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible through our website.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
Return/Exchange is available only on selected products. Eligibility details are mentioned on individual product pages.
Return policy for a product may be changed without prior notice.
If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
Mismatch in quality, size, color, or design
Missing, wrong, or damaged item in a combo order
Refund Process:
Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be credited using the same payment method used during purchase.
7. Conditions for Return/Exchange
Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
Products must be returned with original packaging and tags intact.
Items without original tags will not be accepted.
Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return/Exchange requests raised after the return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled securely and used only for order processing, customer support, and service improvements. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfill your order or comply with legal obligations.
