- Safe & Timely Delivery: We are committed to delivering our products safely and on time. Currently, we do not accept returns.
- Size Exchange Policy: Size exchanges are available at a courier charge of ₹199. Please WhatsApp us from your registered number for the payment link. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll arrange a pickup and ship the replacement after receiving the item.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us within 24 hours along with clear images. Don’t worry—we’ll take care of it and resolve the issue promptly.
- No Returns Policy: We do not accept returns if the product does not meet your expectations. However, in rare cases where a return is exceptionally approved, the courier charges will be borne by the customer. Please feel free to reach out with any concerns or product-related queries.

- A clear view of all sides of the package
- A close-up of the shipping label
- The unboxing process from start to finish, without pausing the video
This video acts as essential proof in the rare event of a damaged, missing, or incorrect item. Claims submitted without this video will unfortunately not be eligible for review.
